Accordingly almost all the universities who are thinking of formal education in project management are planning for post graduate program after basic engineering program. This is different form general management, education program where even arts graduate admitted.





Perhaps the need for a basic degree on engineering accepting on the fact that engineering main business is design, operation, maintance through the emphasis is mainly a hand ware system.

Performance measurement, project reviews but the world not prepare a man to accept uncertainty without any cause; continuously project things he would be remain to manage, above all manager a project through installation of self controlling system.

A basic education in engineering does not commit a person to time and cost in the same way as it does to its quality but then commitment in the essence of professionalism without completion manager will not leave the organization.
